This guide walks you step by step through the process, from accessing the Recorder’s system to searching by parcel ID and exporting your data.

🔍 Step 1: Visit the Clark County Recorder’s Office Website
Go to:
👉 https://recorderecomm.clarkcountynv.gov/
This will take you directly to the Record Search System, where you’ll start your search.

📄 Step 2: Select Document Type
Once the page loads, you’ll see a search panel.
Click on Document Type.
From the dropdown, select “Default” (or any other type you want to filter for — like Deed, Mortgage, etc.).

📅 Step 3: Set the Date Range
This is key to collecting daily data.
Under the Date Range section, select today’s date for both start and end fields.
You can also set a custom range if you’re collecting data for multiple days.
Then click Search.

📁 Step 4: Export the Results to CSV
After clicking Search, your results will populate below.
Scroll down to see a list of documents.
At the top of the results section, look for the Export option.
Click on Export to CSV.
This downloads a spreadsheet file with all the public record data for the selected date range.

🌐 Step 5: Go to the Clark County Assessor Website
Once you have the CSV file, you’ll probably want more detailed parcel-level property info.
Go to:

Navigate to Government → Assessor → Property Search.

🔢 Step 6: Use Parcel ID to Search Property Details
Inside the Property Search tool, choose “Parcel ID” as your search type.
Copy the Parcel ID from your CSV file and paste it into the field.
Click Search.
Now you’ll see detailed property data — such as owner name, property type, tax info, and more.
